Phil- It largely has to do with NOT properly crediting mileage, not honoring their promo and subsequently not respondiing to repeated calls, mailings, etc - even Mr. Dow (since departed from MWA) and Mr Dasburg- in attempts to clean up the mess!

Even when they finally said they would "fix" the issue and I agreed, they never lived up to their part of the bargain!
