I concur with GUWonder's posts 4 and 5, and would add that it strikes me as very liberal of SM. Bravo on SM! As someone who uses the second half of what I used to call my "doctor name" (the one by which I used to get summoned for a shot) 99.9% of the time - including all FF, hotel, credit card and other accounts - I have spent time sorting situations where I used my "doctor name" for overseas tickets so it would jibe with my passport. Yes gvandora in post 2, I could do as you say, but still "Bravo!" to SM.
