I forgot to add, I come to find out from the Chairman's Desk that my paperwork wasn't even "opened" or whatever, so even if they had been there, they weren't ready for me.

There's an off-site location just a mile away from SNA... I'm probably just going to shift my business there. SNA was just convenient for the hours (or so I thought).
