back to the topic:

Agree that some concourses are better, and it certainly depends on time of day. My bad experiences have been with the newer ones on the C side. I go out Sunday nights from the G side, and don't seem to see as much of a problem. (The G side issue is with capacity, esp. in the cattle pen that is gate area around G20 - G22)

Since I do all short trips these days, I don't want to shell out $$ to join the World Clubs (although I have in the past, and really enjoyed them). Bugs me to have to pay just to get a clean potty, but the WC are much nicer.
