My reasoning for hating AP is that it is supposed to be loyalty program, but they are running it like a business, to make profit. Because of this, the benefits are watered down and it is no longer about loyalty. AC spun off AP to make money, but I think this was a bad move. Loyalty is going down the tube, and this will have a negative effect on AC who will be unable to keep pax loyal because they sold off their loyalty program.

IS a loyalty program. Or do you mean FFP, which it really has ceased being a while ago.
It's ironic a supposed business major is slamming a business for seeking to make money as I thought that was every companies mantra, some more than others of course. You weren't expecting a not-for-profit AP, were you?
