I've been enjoying this site a lot in the past month and learned a lot. I'm flying more often this year and using NWA this summer for some of my international travel. What are (or even ARE there) some things that I can do to get a class upgrade without spending more money or using miles? I have flown Business class before and it's addictive! Some of my work only pays for coach class so I'm wanting to see what I can do. Thanks!
