I flew LAS-NRT lately and the flight was full so I got an operational upgrade (I'm Gold Elite). I was very much impressed by the attitude of a flight attendant and I think I read somewhere that there was a way to let the company know about this, although I don't remember if it was NW or not. Does anyone know about where to write to or any link to their website about this? Thanks for the info.
