I also have a similar situation. Went to the airport to book vdb voucher i had received (free roundtrip) and i made it a point that they had my MP number. I looked online and it wasn't there, saying some of my itineraries cannot be displayed. I don't really understand the explanation UA gave you though (i haven't called yet).
