Carry it on in your baggie. Keep it on ice till just before the check-point, then get some ice on the other side (order a large soft drink/water with lots of ice).
The Caviar will keep just fine for the few minutes between screening and getting ice. (I know this because in the very old days of flying F and C, the FAs had discretion to give high-level FFs unused tins from int'l flights...).
