Another Reason US Is Better Than AC

I know the other Canadian posters on this thread and they will confirm that the following letter I just received in response to mine would never be this personal if sent to AC:

"Dear Mr. PunishedEdmontonian:

Thank you for contacting the Executive Office at US Airways. We appreciate hearing from our customers and having an opportunity to address their concerns.

Please accept my apology for the frustrations you have experienced regarding the use of Canadian credit cards on our website. Our Internet Support team in aware of the problem and is currently working on a solution. It is because of your comments, as well as the comments of others, that this problem has been given attention.

This is nothing short of astounding for those of us who have attempted to deal with AC over the years.
