Circuit City won't even accept a card with a non-US address!

What I do is buy from Amazon.com and have them ship to my hotel.

Amazon.com are often well cheaper than the likes of circuit city or best buy.

I then take things back in luggage, but if you don't want to do that, there's nothing wrong on shipping it to yourself via DHL or the like. I'm sure any hotel would be willing to help on that front.
