Two weeks ago i received my silver card again, after dropping to blue by mistake. Yesterday i received a new blue card and a letter stating that i did not met the minimum loyality points in the last 12 months, which is wrong as i accumulated nearly 2.000 points in October. GF Website still shows me as silver member, so no need to take action now me thinks.
