Due to excessive business travel, I have had the chance to re-acquaint myself with the KL hotel offerings over the past year.

Usually staying on club floors, I have found that the Regent and the CP Mutiara provide me with consistently great service. Compared to those two, the Westin, JW Marriott, Sheraton, and Hilton have given me adequate service. Now of course, given the rates paid, all of the hotels that I have stayed in have provided stellar service... and I haven't experienced anywhere near the service level at any price in the US or Europe.

And there is always the food. All in all KL is a pretty nice place to go for business or pleasure.
