Let's all remember that US defines First class as 36-37" in First class and 31" in coach. So I can not see anything remotely looking like Envoy to Hawaii. The fares are low, and no one is going to pay $5K PHX-Hawaii... so I can not see it happening.

On the TA routes, I would like to see US Airways' new definition for pitch in Envoy, of course we need to see how it pans out. I am guessing somewhere in the low 40s".. but we will see.
