Another interesting things I learned while ticketing my first Circle Pacific through United are
1) You can book code-share flights as opposed to RTW
I could book NZ4110 operated by TG for SIN-BKK leg when all other flights were sold out for M class on the date.
2) Even though you're flying TG metal, you can actually e-ticket it if your flight is booked as NZ.
I didn't realize this before I head out to the ticketing office. Could have saved an hour and a few bucks of parking...
3) For a first time UA customer, UA international rsvp desk were staffed with very competent agents. All of them I spoke to were really helpful and one of them stayed online with me even though her shift hour was over!
