Considering that US pilots are willing to fly over there, I suspect that:
1) there is a shortage of native Indian pilots, and
2) the pay for Indian airlines is at least comparable (likely higher) to US pilot payscales.

Not the same cost savings as outsourcing the call centers. BTW, are you happy with the current quality of the outsourced call centers? Would you like that same quality from your pilots? (yeah, I know, you're joking).
