At least the CO web site tells you to call and not to even think about booking online. Oh well, in any case I have already booked my first ticket online with NW so I will only be losing 1000 bonus miles rather than 4000. Thanks for the tip all the same, since the Entertainment discounts are worth more than the 5% off online deal for the fare I'm looking at, it appears I'll be making a call pretty soon.
