I live right by the Renn. and it is a way better area and much closer to the decent bars/clubs. Go for that one. The CY is good enough but if it were to be me, I would stay at the Dome. There are great bars/restaurants about 10 minutes walk away (intersection of John/Peter Streets will be a good start!)
