I "won" an auction from them a year or two ago for hotel only. I had an issue with the hotel and they were very responsive and helpful in contacting the hotel and getting my room changed to somewhere other than the basement level I wouldn't use that hotel again, but luxurylink was okay. As other poster have said, make sure the value is there before placing any "bid".
