Parking in Toronto for a day is generally an overnight stay. Staying at the hotel for 2 nights, you should get charge for 2 days of parking.

The Courtyard Toronto and Marriott Toronto Eaton Centre is located in much more convenient location than the Renaissance. The Renaissance is all the way south, by the CN Tower. The Marriott Bloor is also close to a lot of shopping and good food in the Yonge and Bloor area.
