They usually take a while to send the membership stuff to you. I joined on the web last year and it took about 5 weeks for my Blue membership FF card to arrive. When I became Silver, the new pack containing the Silver FF card & luggage labels arrived 4 weeks
before the one that should have been sent out (containing the Blue luggage labels) after my first flight 3 weeks earlier.
You may have caused a problem to their system by joining 3 times. I suggest you e-mail them at
[email protected] and explain what happened.
