Why does UA not want its customers to have easy access to their own itineraries? All it means is that such customers have to keep calling the UA rez center to check on their itineraries. Personally, I hate calling, because I can get the information much more efficiently on line.
Perhaps we can make this the next big bone of contention with the .bomb. Now that they have answered many of our past pet peeves regarding the site (good job so far UA ^ ) , now how about the ability to call up any UA itin by PNR and last name. I am currently in this predicament with Mrs. jsgoldbe and a separately booked UA PNR with her US FF#. I have to call to get any info on her itin.
