Go to change itin, then "check the price of this itinerary," then follow the prompts. If you've got $$ coming back to you, you get it in the form of a voucher.

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. Fortunately one of my upcoming trips is paid F class; the one worth more money I'm waitlisted on upgrades (JFK-SYD-SEA).
