PHX to HNL is roughly the same length as PHL-DUB. PHL to any of the other euro destinations is slightly longer. But length isn't what dictates what kind of premium cabin gets put on the route. There just simply aren't any business travelers buying those kinds of seats. If there were, then the other airlines that have been serving the route for 30+ years would be offering it too.

If the 757s with Envoy seating are *NOT* being used in the off-season for any TA flights, then putting them on the HI routes would make sense.
