Just to give some more information. I am looking at Feb 25 to March 2 for these stays. Basically Sunday to Friday.

Its my first trip down and the first two nights on the weekend are at the Conrad. But I cant pay those rates during the week.

I have tried priceline for a 5 star at 75, 85, and 95 already. all failed.
