1) Short flights in Y usually don't have headphones. Ask them. If you aren't proactive, then don't complain.

2) When you say "soda" outside of the U.S., it usually means "soda water", which is "carbonated water." And it seems silly that you would let the first cart go by that had Coke or 7Up on it, and yell across the aisles to get the attention of another cart.
