Sheraton Long Island charges $9.95 but has free wireless access in the Executive Lounge.

Sheraton Frankfurt Hotel & Towers charges 18 Euro ($23.98! at today's exchange rate). Internet is free in the Towers rooms. They also might give it to Platinums if they don't have upgrades available to the nicer rooms. Ask nicely!

Sheraton Moana Surfrider, in Oahu, charges (can't remember how much). You can sometimes catch other free Wi Fi connections if you are out in the lanai (at least in the lower floor suites of the Tower section).

Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, TX charges, even in the Casitas section. $10.95, if I remember right.

Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas has free wireless access in the lobby. Owners there get free wired HSIA in the rooms, not sure about renters there.
