Other than the exit rows , which are blocked , you can pre-select most seats as a OW Ruby member iirc. What seats are best depends on your personal point of view; I tend to suggest the seats on the side near the back where there are only 2 seats on the side , since that way you have no-one next to you (70-73 AB or JK )
