None of the lounges there are anything special (with the AC being more my cup of tea usually), so I'd enjoy what I could in the city itself and minimize my time at the airport within reason -- given the time required for check-in, paying the departure tax, putting in for tax rebates (if applicable for any goods you purchased), departure immigration control, etc.
