I got the letter today.

It's weird, does anyone know what's REALLY behind this change? Too many complaints? Did Hilton give them the boot?

I smell a rat. The letter is loaded with poorly believable reasons why Wyndham will be better.

I can't think of a good reason why a hotel would from one day to the next willingly lose the business brought by HHonors.
