I searched the site for this, and could not find anything. I want to use a UA SWU on LH FRA-JNB. I called UA res and they said MP would check availability and put the request in. They put me over to MP who said they could not put a request in, but would print out a SWU voucher for LH. Can UA check availability, or put a request in, and who does it? I thought LH could pull UA SWU out electronically, no longer needing the paper voucher, I thought I did this a few years ago on LH MUC-JNB. Can someone clarify for me, and for UA?
