MJW- I appreciate your presence on this board.

I have had problems with NWA service, but have ALWAYS managed to get issues resolved ON THE SPOT, either with local personnel or on the phone with either WorldPerksServiceCenter or EliteLine people. Sometimes I think the resolution is less favorable than I expected, and sometimes the resolution is much more than I sought.

When I have more time I intend to start a thread NWA- It's NORTHBEST, because overall that has been my experience!
