I certainly agree with all that MJW is a wonderful asset! Certainly wouldn't want to lose her/him.

I, too, have been concerned about the powers-that-be finding out about the super job being done and pulling MJW off the board and I thank all of you for showing such concern. It would a terrible loss if someone decided to quit going outside standard corporate policy and order MJW off our board.

I think that as long as we self-police ourselves like we have been doing, we should be able to avoid overloading our "ace in the hole."

MJW, let us know when promotion/evaluation time comes around; NWA might get some extra email or snail mail about one of its favored employees!
