I just booked DH and I on a 2 week tour of Egypt for Nov. 7. 2007. Right now we are taking the tour operators' air which is coach class on Egypt Air from JFK. This appears to be the only nonstop flight to Egypt. I have enough AA miles for 2 biz class seats. Any suggestions on how to get to Cairo from Kansas City and back without terribly long wait times in European airports? If I have to by a seat to a gateway city I can as right now we have to get ourselves to JFK to begin the tour. I'm close to 330 days so It's almost time to start calling AA to bag seats.
