Sheraton Imperial, Durham, NC (actually not in Durham but between Raleigh and Durham near the airport).
Sheraton Raleigh, NC does not "provide" free hsia, but the city of Raleigh has a free hotspot downtown that can be accessed from most Sheraton rooms.
