the station and or the OAL has to get the message from the airline, to release the bag. Some stations and airlines do not enter the tag info into WorldTracer, the most comon are the Baggage Manufactuer and Contents.


I agree it would make more since for them to contact Delta, or do a file search to try and match, but thats just me.
