Having just made Gold, I used T1 F lounge last week, travelling Y to MAD 14:20. I was very pleasantly surprised. Tablecloths for lunch were laid. I sat down (no questions) had a soup, a risotto and a plate of cheese brought to my table, and there was NO indictation that this service was only for F pax. So, what you say is a surprise to me.

They do a nice glass of 1995 Pomerol, BTW.

I read reviews saying that the Terraces are just as good as F lounges, and on the basis of my T1 experience, this just isn't the case, but it might be in T4, which generally is viewed as poor for an F lounge.
