Since the refare tool was mentioned here a while ago I check my itineraries from time to time to see if the price has changed. Today when I checked my IAD-LAS flight over NYE I see the price has gone down about $140. When I go to refare it the .bomb wants to charge me a $100 service fee. Has this always been the case? This means that the only way a refare is worth it is if the price drops by more then $100. Whats really the point of this service then?
