I think paying for J on a LGW is a big mistake given that you can upgrade for £50. If flying out of here VC10 Boy normally opts for the cheapest Y and then upgrades for £50 to secure full mileage.

With regards to catering, treat it as FR and bring your own and notice the envious looks around your cabin.
