I cannot see any reason why it should not. The date of the departure of the flight is the date which matters surely and I would expect it to credit with a date of the departure date. When it credits you will know for sure on whether the SCs count for next year or become ones listed as a "these were for last year"
If it is the flight that you need to requalify, then I would give QFF a call and verify for certain
