If this were a WC member I would absolutly agree. He was not. What he was trying to collect on is a benefit that NW provides INT travelers, who are Platinum. I can understand looking up a name in the WC database, but to have to look up to confirm Platinum and then get into the exact Itinerary to prove that this is a Legit, paid, WBC ticket is asking a bit much. When your not a member the burden is on you to prove you have the benefit. Or how about this...pay the $45 and write NW, prove your case later, and get a refund.
