I'm kind of torn on what I would've done in the agent's shoes. I mean if I allow this to happen, what's to say this gentleman won't tell all of his other friends that he was let in without a card? I mean is the agent obligated to search this guy on the computer in order to let him in? Sure, poor customer service but rules is rules.
