The available flights are only shown after you buy the flight pass product, and start the first steps in booking the flights - ie looking for possible flights that are available that day and time. For YOW-LAS, YYZ and YYC are connecting cities, but not YUL - but in the main aircanada.com web site (for booking flights, outside of the flight pass), YUL is shown as a feasible connecting city.
