I found out recently that angled lie flat seats are very painful when you have sciatica (the slope seems to put extra pressure on the nerve ) so I was looking forward to 'old style' J (which I've experienced on BMI, UA, and very soon, AC). Is it going to be likely that I get an angled 'wedgie' seat? (http://www.aviazionecivile.com/forum...TOPIC_ID=13609)

There have ben cancellations on the AZ flights on the YYZ-MXP route recently - has this got something to do with the refurbishment?

I guess I'm one of the few people who aren't pleased with your news! (I was expecting these seats: http://www1.airliners.net/open.file/0806003/M/)

I'm grateful for any info regarding this.

Thanks!

Note:
If you leave on the 5th of January or after that date you will have the NEW lie-flat Alitalia Magnifica Seats.

For EVERYONE who has questions if their seats will be the new ones or old ones. Just download the Alitalia Travel Desk (on their website) and if you plane is listed as ....
764 you have the new seats.
767 Regular AZ 767. Old Magnifica Seats
763 Ex. Air Canada 767 has old AirCanada business seats (broken and let me stop there).
762 Ex. Eurofly 767 equipped with Old Magnifica Seats.

For REGs.
EI-CRM and I-DEIG have the NEW lie-flat Magnifica.
EI-DDW (ex. AirCanada) is flying to GSO today or tomorrow to get the new seats...
EI-DBP is the worn and torn old AirCanada 767 (code 763)
I think thats it... any other questions?
