I have just bought a sun pass (east) for myself and my family. The new feature with upgradeability of U class fares at time of purchase (subject to "I" class availability of course)

The regulations say:

"...Flight connections displayed in My Flight Pass Bookings are the only eligible connections for booking flight credits..."

We are planning to go to to Las Vegas (and then drive onwards to Palm Springs) this holiday season.

If one looks at tandt.com, or aircanada. com (in terms of directly looking at flight options, but not throught "my flight pass" option) - the usual options are flights via YYZ or YUL.

The "My flight pass" only shows connections through YYZ or YYC.

Has anyone been able to:

i) from YOW, get a connection to LAS via YUL?
ii) from YOW, change a YOW-YYZ flight, for a given YYZ-LAS flight?
