saw this policy in action last weekend in Munich with some kids running around in the FTL loungue. Wonderful to see kids running around the place and enjoying the sweets and drinks. Normally you just have plain faced businessmen in there with a tired look on their faces.

I am not one of the plain faced, but nevertheless I do not recall, that a "Kindergarten" function was implemented in a status card. I prefer to wait at lounges not because of the ridiculous stuff they offer to eat or to drink, but for a somewhat relaxed athmosphere, to know my open notebook will be safe and it is not very noisy, so I can work. Nothing against kids, but maybe responsible parents want to have them on a nice car trip and consider that some people (status holders) do not sit there for their sole pleasure but for work. So rare exeptions I do not mind, but lounges are not designed as playgrounds and soft drinks, alkohol and junk snacks are not good for adults, but really nothing for kids, who have responsible parents.
In that respect I am grateful for the cost of F and C, because I spend this money to have not all the yelling babies around me, keeping me from sleeping. All this, because I like children, but sometimes I am not amused about their decision making parents
