Do you mean I can also enter with them into the F/SEN lounge operated by LH in FRA?

When I asked the gate keeper, she looked at me very unhappy, telling me SEN is a personal card, not a family one and for that reason they allow SENs to go with their family to the C/FTL lounges.

If I understood your answer, her answer was not quite correct.

Is it written somewhere? any link?
