what is wrong with this hotel, i have now sent 5 emails to them reqrding a up and comming reservation and i cant seem to get a reply, ive tried the hotel email, and also sending a email to the reservation manager....any other ideas other than picking up the phone and calling them?

not the kind of service i expect from a conrad!!
