If your Worldperks mailing address is in Asia, as a NW Gold you should have WC access just about anywhere there's a WC.

Otherwise, no status-based lounge access for NW Golds. You'll need some other way to get in.

Rules for companions vary depending on how you are gaining entry. If you are using a WC club membership, for example, I believe the rule is up to two guests OR your entire immediate family. For Skyteam Elite+ (aka NW Plat), I believe it's just one guest, although they may make exceptions for family.
