When you go to planning travel and and see the avaliable itineraries you can move the mouse over "View seat map" and that will show you all the avaliable seats.
Actually I think the poster was asking about how to see each bucket.... you click on the View Flight Details link when you are doing a search. Make sure you are logged in and are set up as Expert user.
